Public Participation
This meeting is being conducted in accordance with the California Ralph M. Brown Act. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person at any of the posted meeting locations listed above. All votes will be taken by roll call vote. Public comments will be accepted in person during the Public Comment period and during each agenda item. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person so that everyone has an opportunity to speak. Members of the public may also submit written comments prior to the meeting, by emailing [email protected], to be read aloud into the public record. Please submit by 9:00 a.m. on the meeting date to ensure comments are received timely and include the agenda item number(s) addressed. B. PUBLIC COMMENT
MTA Board of Directors welcomes participation in its meetings. Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person so that everyone may be given an opportunity to be heard. To expedite matters and avoid repetition, whenever any group of persons wishes to address the MTA Board of Directors on the same subject matter, the Chair may request that a spokesperson be chosen by the group. This item is limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Mendocino Transit Authority which are not on the posted agenda. Public criticism of the MTA Board will not be prohibited. No action shall be taken.
