MTA welcomes comments, complaints, and commendations from customers related to their experiences using MTA transit service. Customer input helps us to identify areas needing improvement, and commendations are always appreciated.

To leave a comment, complaint or commendation please follow this link which will take you to MTA’s customer service feedback page or to speak with a Customer Service Representative please call 707-462-1422.  Please be aware that MTA Transit Vehicle Operators do not accept complaints.

Any complaint that alleges discrimination based on Title VI or ADA Compliance should be labeled “Title VI” or “ADA Complaint” and sent to:
